Studio Policies

Clothing

  • Aerials

Wear close-fitting clothing that covers your legs and torso (for example, leggings and a fitted t-shirt or tank). This helps protect your skin. All aerial apparatuses can feel a bit uncomfortable at first while your body adjusts to the new sensations.

Leave all jewelry and clothing with zippers at home. These items can snag the delicate fabric and can interfere with your practice.

Check your fingernails. Long nails can make it difficult to grip the fabric, so they’re not ideal for aerial arts.

  • Pole

Please wear what you feel most comfortable in but realize skin contact is important! Wear shorts, tank tops, sports bras.

Remove your jewelry, as it can scratch and damage the poles.

We do not recommend using any body lotion on the day of class.

Health & Safety Guidelines

  • A safety mat must be placed under all aerial equipment.

  • Do not train on aerial equipment by yourself.

  • Never walk under someone.

  • Listen to your body and take responsibility for your safety. Be aware of your body’s capabilities.
